The Eric and Patricia Beheim circus collection of recorded sound spans the years 1930-1982. The collection captures circus program music at live performances, concerts, and television shows. There are also interviews and radio broadcasts with circus personalities. The circus bands performing are Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, Cleveland Grotto Circus, Cristiani Bros. Circus, Polack Bros Circus, Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros. Circus, Cole Bros. Circus and King-Cristiani Circus. Bandleaders represented are Merle Evans, Karl L. King, Henry Sullivan, Bruce Chase, “Izzy” Cervone, William R. "Boom Boom" Browning, Jr., Joe Stephen, Howard Stratton, and A. Lee Hinckley.
