Letter from Giulia Kortischoner to Mia Hasterlik, 1946-01-11-1946-01-13
Giulia Kortischoner tells Mia Hasterlik about her daily life, saying she is still working at the bookbinding shop in the mornings and taking English lessons. She goes to the dentist often because the Kinderhilfswerke is helping to pay for it. She says that she is learning the US Constitution for her English lesson and that she deeply admires Mia for having memorized it for her citizenship exam, since it is such a complicated text. She describes a beautiful opera that she was able to see in town.
