A book that calls for segregation to be upheld in the American South and suggests that the NAACP is a communist organization. It includes but is not limited to discussions of African Americans on phrenology, perceived "traits," selected accounts of reconstruction, Haiti and Liberia, and eugenics to illustrate white supremacy. This material was sent to, or collected by Justice Glenn Terrell during his time in office, May 15, 1923- January 12, 1964.
