Nataly Abrams

"Say it in 6: ""Knowledge revolutionizes my world and others'."" Nataly Abrams is a doctoral degree (PhD) student in Neuroscience and Psychology program at the Florida State University College of Arts & Sciences. She was taught the importance of kindness, perseverance, and wisdom as a cornerstone of humanity. Through her schooling, she developed a desire to better society and an intense curiosity in science. By pursuing graduate school, she will be able to research the developmental basis for neurological disorders. It is her hope to improve the quality of life for those afflicted and to help educate those who misjudge. The McKnight Doctoral Fellowship has helped her realize her dreams by giving her a wealth of resources and a support network to commence her journey, through which she will be able to give back to academia once her degree is earned. "
