Description (Abstract)
Meeting records from two separate meetings of the Parish of St. Albans. Meetings from October 16, 1703 and January 21, 1704 both summoned to make a rate for the relief of the poor. A rate of twelve pence in the pound is to be collected. Document is signed by the churchwarden, overseers, and members of the church.
