Henry A. Kissinger writes to Louise Richardson, sending her a copy of the third issue of Confluence. Kissinger hopes to hear some feedback from Richardson on her thoughts about the recent issue as well as if she would be willing to pay a subscription for the Confluence publication. Kissinger explains that they might need to implement a subscription service in America to make up costs of printing and keep their British printing free.
