John Hill writes to the Marquis of Granby, John Manners, proposing the presentation of a loyal address to his Majesty as well as hopes that the madness of the town's rabble will spread no further. Included is John Manners' response where he writes to Mr. Hill stating his fears that he being the one to present this address would be improper, and should rather come from the town in general.
