In this study, I analyzed the Florida anti-bullying law and compared it to the adopted anti-bullying policies at the district and school levels to describe if there were significant discrepancies between the state-level anti-bullying law and the anti-bullying policies at the district and school-levels. I paid special attention to the online availability of the Florida anti-bullying law at the state-, district-, and high-school levels.
