Scrapbook pertaining to Florida 4-H clubs and camps. 4-H is a network of youth organizations in place to help youth to develop citizenship, leadership, responsibility and life skills. In addition to other topics, the scrapbook documents the First Rural Youth Conference, held at the University of Florida, and the 4th annual Women's Institute at FSCW, which addressed "topics of concern to homemakers and citizens."
