Published proceedings from the Second Work Conference on Interracial Cooperation. The commission consisted of delegates from the Interracial Committees of Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, and South Carolina. They met once in 1940 at Atlanta University and for the second time at the Tuskegee Institute. The single point of work was supported by the Division of Negro Education and financed by the General Education Board. This material was sent to, or collected by Justice Glenn Terrell during his time in office, May 15, 1923- January 12, 1964.
