Description (Abstract)

Caysey Williams (they/she) is a student at FSU and begins by sharing early memories of identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community. They discuss the heterosexism she experienced from family, teachers, and schoolmates before moving to Tallahassee for college. They also discuss finding community in the Pride Student Union and engaging in online queer spaces.
