Kalan Horton

Kalan is a doctoral (PhD) student in the Business Administration – Strategy program at Florida State University. His desire to obtain his doctorate degree in Business Strategy can be summarized by one quote, "The true organ of sight is the brain, not the eyes." Kalan felt that he could see the issues but needed more training to see the solutions. He appreciates the importance of academic research, and he understands how imperative it is to the intellectual progress of the world as a whole. In the future, Kalan aspires to become a full professor at an R1 university, a certified investor, and a strategy consultant.
