A first-generation college student, Joslyn prioritizes working with underserved and underrepresented populations. Her research focuses on African American fatherhood and father-child outcomes. She also explores Black men's perceptions of and ability to access mental health services. Joslyn is a recipient of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Minority Fellowship, and she plans to become a professor.
