Alec Waugh thanks John Montgomery for his copy of "Abodes of Love," and wishes him luck with the publishing. Waugh is slightly worried about a man from the Sunday Times saying that he had been around a long time. Waugh theorizes that they wouldn't want him as a routine journalist.
